I couldn't understand the person on the announcement for boarding. Boarding wasn't organized. Everyone was just in one long line waiting to board. The flight scheduled take off was 6:11pm, but actual take off was 7:25. It was explained as crew shortage. Seats were very uncomfortable. They didn't recline, cushioning was minimal and there were no foot rests. There were no complementary beverages or snacks. There was no social distancing. The plane was packed 3 in a row on both sides of the isle. Waiting for luggage was at least half an hour.
